Our Innovative Process:
Located strategically in Māngere, Auckland, our purpose-built resource recovery centre accepts non-hazardous liquid clean fill waste from hydro excavation operations across the region. This centralized location dramatically reduces the long-distance trucking to rural landfills, significantly cutting transport emissions and fuel costs for our clients.
Our advanced facility utilizes automated, PLC-controlled technology, employing cyclones, filtration, and vibration—processes that are considerably more energy-efficient than traditional crushing methods. This sophisticated system meticulously washes, sifts, and isolates incoming wet waste streams, achieving an industry-leading resource recovery and diversion rate exceeding 90 percent.



High-Quality, Verified Outputs:
From this recovered material, we produce high-quality, engineering-grade aggregates including paving sand, coarse sand, and drainage metal (from 7mm up to 20mm+). These materials are immediately ready for demanding civil applications, directly displacing the need for virgin quarry extraction and harmful seabed sand mining in ecologically sensitive areas like Kaipara Harbour and Pakiri Beach.
Closed-Loop Water Management:
Our commitment to environmental stewardship extends to water. We operate a neutral, closed-loop water system where the non-potable water extracted from the waste slurry is purified and recycled directly back into our hydro excavation fleet.
